Refund policy

Due to the perishable and nature-based characteristics of our products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


🌱 Live Plants (Bare-Root)

  • If a live plant arrives dead or completely dried, we will provide a free replacement.
  • Returns are not accepted for live plants, as international returns are costly and may cause further damage to the plant.
  • Instead of a return, we will either:
    • Send a free replacement of the same item, or
    • Include the replacement with your next order, based on customer preference.
  • You must report dead or dried plants within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photos or videos of the plant as proof.
  • Claims must be sent to:

  • If you do not require a replacement, or if the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
  • Store credit can be used to purchase any other product from our store and has no cash refund value.

🌰 Seeds, Bulbs & Rhizomes

  • Seeds, bulbs, and rhizomes are non-returnable.
  • We offer a replacement if the seeds fail to germinate within 8 weeks, despite correct care and sowing conditions.
  • To request a replacement, please provide:
    • Order details and proof of purchase
    • Photos or a brief report of sowing conditions (if available)
  • If a replacement is not required or stock is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and is non-refundable.

📦 Important Notes

  • Minor stress, leaf drop, or dormancy after shipping is normal for live plants and does not qualify as damage.
  • Claims made after the specified time window may not be eligible.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
